Dr. Brian James
Dr. Brian James has a deep dedication to the teaching and preaching of God’s Word. His philosophy of ministry centers on a sincere personal love for Jesus Christ. He holds to the conviction that all ministry should come out of the overflow of a growing personal walk with Jesus Christ. He holds to the conviction of a growing personal walk with Jesus Christ. Brian and his wife, Paula, were both born in Habersham County, Georgia. They have four daughters: Morgan, Aubrey, Annabelle and Aedyn.
Brian has dedicated his life to growing in both faith and knowledge. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.A.) from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Brenau University. Following God’s call, he obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry/DMin in Expository Preaching from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brian has made a commitment to impact this community for Christ. He believes that ministry must extend beyond the walls of the church. “I believe that God’s people are called to minister and do evangelism in all areas of the community from children to students to adults to senior adults.” Brian also instils in his congregation the desire to take the gospel, not only to our community, but to the ends of the earth.
